Glossy White Polypropylene PP jumbo roll label material is a pressure sensitive self adhesive film designed for label converting printing and packaging industries. The glossy white polypropylene surface provides excellent ink adhesion and smooth printing performance for flexo offset gravure screen printing thermal transfer and digital printing technologies.
Compared with traditional paper label materials PP film offers superior resistance to water oil chemicals and environmental conditions. It maintains stable performance when applied on PET bottles glass containers HDPE packaging cosmetic containers chemical packaging and industrial product labels.
The jumbo roll format is ideal for label converters printing factories and die cutting factories that require stable material performance during slitting die cutting and high speed label production processes.
Adhesive systems can be customized according to application requirements including hotmelt acrylic solvent removable freezer refrigerated tyre and UV adhesive. Release liner options include white glassine yellow glassine blue glassine PET liner and kraft liner providing stable converting performance.
Material width length thickness adhesive and liner type can be customized according to different label production machines and application environments.
